Anyone else being harassed by United Recovery Systems? How do I make it stop?

I’m at my wit's end with the constant calls from United Recovery Systems. They call multiple times a day, sometimes even early in the morning or on weekends, and it’s starting to feel incredibly invasive and stressful. I’m looking for real, practical advice from anyone who has been through this.

What steps actually work to get them to stop? I’ve heard about sending a letter to demand they cease contact, but I’m not sure where to start or what my rights are. If you’ve successfully stopped the harassment, please share how you did it. Any guidance on the best way to handle this would be a huge relief.
