My Land Cruiser's AC is barely cooling – any Toyota AC specialists around?

I've got a 2013 Land Cruiser and the AC has been struggling for the last couple of weeks, especially in the afternoon heat – it blows cool but not cold, and the fan speed seems fine so I'm guessing it's either low on refrigerant or maybe the compressor is on its way out. A guy at work mentioned there are Toyota AC repair specialists in Abu Dhabi who actually know how to properly diagnose these systems instead of just topping up the gas and hoping for the best, which is what the last place did and it worked for maybe a month. Has anyone here had a similar issue with their LC and found a shop that can do a proper leak test and check the expansion valve or condenser? I'm in the Mussafah industrial area but don't mind driving a bit for someone who won't guess their way through the repair. Just want cold air before summer really hits.
