QX60 battery died twice this winter – should I just go to a specialist?

I've got a 2018 Infiniti QX60 that's left me stranded twice in the past few months, both times after sitting for only a couple of days, and the last garage just threw in a cheap battery without even checking the alternator or parasitic draw. A coworker who drives a Q50 told me to look for an Infiniti QX60 battery replacement service center that actually tests the whole charging system before swapping anything, because these cars are apparently known for killing batteries if there's a software glitch or a faulty sensor. Has anyone here dealt with recurring battery drain on their QX60 and found a place in Abu Dhabi that properly diagnosed it? I don't want to keep buying batteries every six months if there's an underlying issue, but I also don't want to pay dealer diagnostic fees that cost more than a new battery. Just hoping to find a shop that knows these Infinitis well enough to figure out what's really going on.
