So I'm parked in one of the basement levels at an office tower in Business Bay and my Model 3 just threw up that dreaded "12V battery needs replacement" warning. I'm really hoping to get a Fast Tesla battery replacement in Business Bay so I can just get back on the road without too much hassle. Has anyone here actually used a third-party mobile service for their Tesla and had a good experience? I'm a bit nervous about going outside the official channels but the service center wait times are just ridiculous right now. Also, does the 12V battery need to be a specific Tesla part or can any compatible one work? Just trying to weigh my options before I make a decision.
