Any trustworthy garage for checking out a used Golf R before I pull the trigger?

So after months of saving up and driving my wife absolutely insane with endless YouTube videos about DSG farts and Haldex services, I've finally lined up a couple of potential MK7.5 Golf Rs to look at this weekend, both in Dubai but from private sellers which always makes me a tiny bit nervous because you never know if the previous owner was a mature enthusiast who warmed the oil up properly or someone who treated every traffic light like a launch control demonstration at the Nurburgring. The cars look clean in the photos and the price is right but I keep hearing these horror stories about the water pump housing leaking or the rear diff going out because nobody ever bothered to service the Haldex clutch and then suddenly you've got a very expensive front wheel drive hatchback with a fancy badge. My mechanical knowledge pretty much stops at checking the oil cap for milkshake residue and making sure the AC blows cold so I really need to find a solid Volkswagen Pre Purchase Check Dubai service where the technician actually knows these EA888 engines inside out and won't just plug in a generic scanner and call it a day. I'm specifically worried about the timing chain stretch on the earlier MK7s even though these are 2018 and 2019 models and I've read that a proper inspection should include checking the adaptation values with VCDS or ODIS to see if the tensioner is maxed out but I don't even know how to ask for that without sounding like I'm trying to teach someone their job. Just trying to avoid that sinking feeling three weeks after purchase when the EPC light comes on and suddenly you're facing a five figure repair bill because someone skipped the carbon cleaning or used the wrong spec oil. Any suggestions for a place that won't just do a visual walkaround and take my three hundred dirhams while missing the stuff that actually matters?
